1. Eligibility & Access

• The Charging Point is primarily provided for customers and visitors of Yr Eagles.
• Access may be limited to patrons actively using the pub, accommodation, or associated facilities.
• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or restrict access to any user at our discretion.

2. Charging Fees & Payment

Charging tariffs are displayed on the charging unit and associated charging platform/app.

Current tariff includes:

• Charging rate: £0.50 per kWh
• Parking fee: £1.00 per hour
• Connection fee: £2.00 per session

All fees must be paid using the Fusse App.

Tariffs and fees may be amended at any time without prior notice.

3. Parking & Charging Use

• EV charging bays are strictly reserved for vehicles actively charging.
• Vehicles must be connected to the charger for the duration of their stay within the designated bay.
• Once charging is complete, drivers are expected to move their vehicle promptly to allow fair access for other users.
• Vehicles parked without charging may be subject to parking enforcement or restrictions.
• Excessive occupancy or misuse of the charging bay may result in additional charges or future access restrictions.

4. Fair Use Policy

The Charging Point is intended to support customers visiting Yr Eagles and is not designed for long-term parking or continuous unattended charging.

We reserve the right to limit charging duration, occupancy time, or charging access where necessary to ensure fair availability for all customers.

5. Proper Use of the Charging Point

By using the Charging Point, you agree to:

• Follow all instructions displayed on the charger and associated equipment
• Use only compatible and roadworthy vehicles and charging cables
• Ensure your vehicle is safe and suitable for charging
• Use the equipment responsibly and with reasonable care
• Not tamper with, damage, modify, or misuse the Charging Point
• Not use extension leads, adapters, or unauthorised charging equipment

Any misuse may result in access restrictions and recovery of associated costs.

6. Availability & Service

• Charging facilities are provided on an “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, charging speed, compatibility, or uptime.
• Access may be temporarily suspended without notice for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, power outages, or operational reasons.

7. Liability

Use of the Charging Point is entirely at the user’s own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yr Eagles shall not be liable for:

• Damage to vehicles, batteries, charging cables, or related equipment
• Vehicle software issues, data loss, or electrical faults
• Losses arising from charging interruptions, delays, or equipment failure
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Damage & Indemnity

Users are responsible for any damage caused to the Charging Point, equipment, property, or surrounding premises due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

Yr Eagles reserves the right to recover all repair, replacement, cleaning, or associated costs arising from such damage.

9. Safety Requirements

• Users must comply with all posted safety notices and operational instructions.
• Charging must stop immediately if any overheating, exposed wiring, sparks, damage, or faults are observed.
• Children must not operate the Charging Point unless supervised by a responsible adult.
• Users must ensure charging cables do not create hazards or obstructions for pedestrians or vehicles.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Use of the Charging Point and associated payment or charging platforms may involve the collection and processing of personal data.

Any personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

11. Enforcement

Vehicles or users found in breach of these Terms may:

• Receive parking enforcement notices
• Be restricted or banned from future use of the Charging Point
• Be reported to relevant authorities or enforcement agencies where appropriate

12. Relationship with Parking Terms

These EV Charging Terms & Conditions should be read alongside any general parking terms applicable at the Premises.

Where both apply, users must comply with all relevant parking and site regulations.

13. Changes to These Terms

Yr Eagles reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Charging Point following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any promotional charging offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
