Optional Add-Ons (Worth Considering for a Pub Setting)

Given your pub/community angle, these are often useful:

Customer Incentive Clause

Customers spending £[X] or more in the pub may receive [free/discounted] charging for up to [X] hours.

Fair Use Policy

Charging is intended to support customer visits rather than long-term parking or full battery charging for non-patrons.

Idle Fee Structure (Recommended)

An idle fee applies [e.g. 10 minutes] after charging completes to encourage bay availability.

Integration with Parking Terms

If you already have car park T&Cs, explicitly link them:

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Premises Parking Terms & Conditions.
